The firm was founded by its Director, Mahlatsi Marwin Ramasobane, with the primary objective of unlocking property development rights across residential, commercial, industrial, business and recreational developments.
We provide professional consulting services to both public and private sector clients. Our expertise spans the preparation and submission of land use applications, coordination of multidisciplinary project teams, facilitation of public participation and comprehensive project monitoring from inception through to final approval and implementation.

Mahlatsi holds an Honours Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Johannesburg. With professional experience in township establishment, rezoning, subdivision, consolidation and development facilitation, he has contributed to a range of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects across multiple municipalities.
As Managing Director, he provides strategic leadership and oversees the full development lifecycle — from initial feasibility and land use applications to stakeholder engagement and final approvals. His approach is grounded in regulatory compliance, spatial sustainability and practical implementation.
